Terms and conditions of sale

These conditions apply to the establishment “Le Petit Hureau”. All reservations are contractual between the establishment “Le Petit Hureau” and the customer. These general terms and conditions of sale set out the terms of the contract in the mutual interest of the customer and “Le Petit Hureau”. Unless otherwise stated, the prices indicated include VAT. These rates are given for a given number of people per room and for the chosen period. The reservation contract is personal and cannot be transferred. It specifies :

  • the dates of the stay
  • the number of nights
  • the number of people
  • the room category

The rooms and gîte are available from 5pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure.

  1. Tourist tax and additional taxes are €0.80 per person over 18 per night. These are not included in the prices shown and are payable at the end of the stay. The establishment “Le Petit Hureau” undertakes to pay these sums in full to the commune.
  2. All bookings are firm as soon as the booking has been confirmed. A deposit of 30€ (thirty euros) will be required. Confirmation of a booking implies that the customer is aware of and accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Gift cards are subject to the same cancellation conditions as those set out in article 3 and described above.
  3. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refund will be made if the customer leaves before the end of their stay, for whatever reason. If the cancellation is made within 15 (fifteen) days of the start of the holiday, nothing will be charged by “Le Petit Hureau”. If the cancellation is made within 15 days of the start of the stay, whatever the reason for the cancellation, the deposit will be cashed by “Le Petit Hureau”.
  4. A booking confirmation will be sent by e-mail or post for stays of 7 nights or more. For stays of 6 nights or less, the booking confirmation is oral. It may, at the customer‘s request, be sent by e-mail.
  5. The balance of the booking must be paid on departure, when the keys are handed over, by cheque or cash (we do not have a payment terminal).
